No deposit is required if your reservation is made 14 days or more before the start of the activity. Bookings within 14 days are payable in full at time of booking.

Many of our adventures are weather-dependent. Exact departure times are confirmed and emailed to you the evening before (or, for weather-sensitive activities like ballooning, sometimes the same morning).

Yes - minimum group sizes vary by activity, generally between 2 and 4 guests. If a minimum isn't met, we'll offer an alternate date or a full refund.

For most adventures we meet at our office at Ljubljanska 1, in the center of Bled (opposite the main Post Office). Some trips include pickup from your accommodation.
